We currently offer the following shipping methods:

Standard Shipping (Free)

• Delivery Time: 5–10 Business Days
• Available across India

Express Shipping

• Shipping Fee: ₹80
• Delivery Time: 2–4 Business Days (subject to serviceability and location)

Shipping options and charges will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

  1. ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 24–48 hours after successful order placement and payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or during peak sale periods may require additional processing time.

  1. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on eligible orders and serviceable pin codes.

ZVYRO reserves the right to disable COD for certain locations, products, or orders at its sole discretion.

  1. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We currently ship to:

• All serviceable locations across India
• Selected International destinations

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other local charges imposed by their country. These charges are not included in product prices or shipping fees.

  1. COURIER PARTNER

Orders are primarily shipped through Delhivery and other trusted logistics partners, where required.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

  1. DELIVERY TIMEFRAME

Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and may vary due to:

• Location and serviceability
• Weather conditions
• Public holidays
• Natural disasters
• Customs clearance (for international orders)
• Courier partner delays
• Other circumstances beyond our control

ZVYRO is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.

  1. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information to monitor the delivery status of your package.

  1. ORDER CANCELLATION

Customers may request cancellation of their order before it has been shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

  1. INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.

ZVYRO shall not be responsible for failed deliveries, delays, or additional shipping costs arising from incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate address information provided by the customer.

  1. LOST, DAMAGED OR UNDELIVERED SHIPMENTS

If your package arrives damaged, appears tampered with, or is not delivered within the expected timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will work with the courier partner to investigate and resolve the issue.
